This year, we tell you everything, in advance.
Year after year, we said yes on the phone to people who had missed the date because they had not seen the email. It came from a good place, and it backfired on you: by accepting beyond our limit, some people had to wait more than a month for their first appointment. We do not want that to happen to you again.
