The problem

You are not short of information. You are short of sorting.

A thirty-second video explains a treatment without knowing your age, your skin, or what you have already had done. A clinic offers you its package. A friend tells you about hers. Each is right for herself, and none answers your question.

What changes everything

Every decade has its real needs, and they look nothing alike

The same treatment, ten years too early, is money you will not see. Here is what the guide says, decade by decade.

A woman in her twenties, clear skin, calm gaze
At 25

Nothing has slackened

What bothers you is on the surface: texture, acne marks, the first spots. Filling a face that is still full makes it heavier, not younger.

A woman in her thirties, red hair, soft light
At 35

A first line stays at rest

And hormones often join in: melasma, hair shedding. Treated early and lightly, that line needs less product than it will in five years.

A woman in her forties, hand near her jawline
At 45

Jawline and neck move together

It is the decade where the wrong diagnosis costs the most: slackened skin, slipped volume and fat under the chin are not treated the same way.

Menopause changes the ground

Skin quality comes before everything else. And no device removes skin: past a certain slackening, that has to be said before, not after.

What the guide gives you

Enough to choose, rather than be sold to.

For every concern, the guide separates what a device does without placing anything under the skin from what needs a needle, states the honest limit of each, and shows the price. The day someone offers you something that matches neither your age nor what bothers you, you will know, and you will know which question to ask.

What it does not replace

The person looking at your face.

A nurse or a medical esthetician sees what a PDF never will. Listen to her. The guide is there to understand what she proposes, not to argue with her.

We respect your choice. We just want it to be a choice.

A look inside

The first three pages, with nothing to leave in exchange

You judge from the real thing before giving your address. The rest follows exactly the same hand.

Contents

Four decades, then five concerns

03
Ages 20 to 29

Your twenties

At this age, almost nothing has slackened yet. What bothers you comes from the surface: skin texture, acne marks, the first spots. It is also the decade where you can build a lead you will never make up later.

04
Ages 30 to 39

Your thirties

This is the decade of the first line that no longer goes away. Often also the decade of a pregnancy, which leaves its own marks: melasma, hair shedding a few months later, a complexion that has lost its glow.

05
Ages 40 to 49

Your forties

The decade when firmness starts to speak up. The jawline shifts, the cheeks lose a little of their support, and perimenopause often arrives before anyone names it. It is also the age where combining two approaches gives more than pushing one.

06
Ages 50 and up

Fifty and beyond

Menopause speeds up what had been moving slowly: skin loses collagen faster in the first years, it dries out, and hair thins. None of that gets fixed with one thing, and nobody should sell you otherwise.
