- A credit may be granted within ten (10) business days following the purchase date.

- The credit only applies to the unused portion of the purchase.

- Topical products are excluded from this policy.

- Purchases made on our website, by phone, or at the clinic are non-refundable.

1.2 Cancellation of Online Orders:

- You may cancel an online order before receiving the purchase confirmation.

- After confirmation, a credit may be obtained according to our return policy.

1.3 Purchase Invoice:

- The original invoice is required for any credit request at the clinic.

2. INFORMATION MODIFICATION

2.1 Possible Changes:

- Offers, prices, and availability of services may change without notice.

- We are committed to informing you within 48 hours if a reserved service is unavailable.

2.2 Error Correction:

- We reserve the right to revise prices or descriptions, cancel or refuse any order containing incorrect information.

3. SALES TAXES

- GST (5%) and QST (9.975%) are applied to all purchases in accordance with applicable laws.

4. APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

- A 48 business-hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

- A fee of 75$ will be charged to your credit card in the following cases:

a) No-show for the appointment

b) Cancellation less than 48 business hours before the appointment
