Before your session

Because the two do different jobs. The LaseMD Ultra prepares the ground: it resurfaces the scalp and stimulates the area around the follicle. The exosomes bring a signal to stimulate scalp activity. The laser opens the door, the exosomes walk through it.

No. Nothing is taken from you: no draw, no centrifuge. That is what sets Ultra Exo apart from DC Prime and DC Bloom, which rely on your own blood.

DC-Exo is exosomes on their own. Ultra Exo adds the laser at every session, to work the quality of the scalp at the same time. Both programs cost you the same: the choice is not about the amount, it is about what your scalp needs. We tell you at the assessment.

The laser feels like heat, and the exosomes are placed with micro-injections through a very fine needle. It is short, and we adjust comfort during the session. We will never tell you that you will feel nothing.

Changes are gradual, over several months, and they vary from person to person. Hair does not grow back in two weeks. We plan maintenance around your response.

That is not our approach and we recommend neither. Our angle: rely on your own follicles, early, rather than on a medication. If a medication interests you, talk to your doctor. For a workup (iron, thyroid) or a transplant on bald zones, we will gladly point you onward.
