- On cancellation: the paid monthly treatment stays available until the end of the period; banked treatments must be booked within 15 days of the membership ending (non-refundable, non-transferable)
- Treatments are interchangeable within your tier; unused value can be applied to in-clinic products
- PicoSure tattoo removal is offered by consultation, outside the monthly treatments
