How it works
A line that is too thick, a shape that does not work, an asymmetry you now see and nothing else, or a colour that has turned ginger. A brow does not hide under a sleeve: it sits in the middle of your face, and it changes what you see in the mirror every morning. We remove it with the PicoSure laser, session by session, and we tell you plainly where you stand each time.

For someone living with microblading or permanent makeup they no longer want, whether it went wrong, went out of style, or simply turned colour.
Removal is gradual, variable, and comes with no guarantee of complete clearance. The pigment may change colour along the way. We assess your skin before starting: the laser targets pigment, so we do not treat darker skin tones for removal here, and we tell you at the consultation rather than afterwards.
How it goes
Four steps, and the third is the one nobody else explains to you.

The consultation
We look at the pigment, its depth and your skin, and tell you what it is realistic to aim for. It is $50, paid on site at the visit, and it comes back on your plan if you go ahead with us.

The session
A metal shield is placed on the eye, under the lid: on a brow, goggles do not seal well enough against the orbit. The laser then passes over the area. It is short, and it stings like a snapping elastic.
- 03
The pigment may change colour
This is the one we tell you beforehand rather than letting you find it in the mirror. Brow pigments can darken, or turn red, orange or yellow, sometimes right after the first session. It is not one more thing gone wrong: it is a known step. We wait a little, and we go again.

We go again, 6 to 8 weeks apart
Time for the skin to heal and your body to clear the fragmented pigment. Three to six sessions for most people, sometimes more. We do not promise you a count in advance.
The microblading must be healed before we go in with the laser: we leave at least six to eight weeks after it was done.

This is for you if
- Your microblading is too thick, badly placed, asymmetrical, or has turned colour
- You only want it lightened so it can be re-pigmented over
- You want to avoid the risk of a scar on your face
This is not for you if
- The pigment was placed less than six to eight weeks ago: the skin must have healed
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding: we postpone, as a precaution
- Your skin is tanned right now, or you have an active infection on the area
- You want a firm end date: nobody can honestly give you one
We never promise complete clearance, nor a session count fixed in advance. A 2026 study of seventy-five people tried to predict the number of sessions from the pigment’s colour: no colour parameter managed it. We look, we tell you what we see, and we reassess at every visit.
An eyebrow is not a tattoo
A skin tattoo is made with carbon, placed deep and dense. Microblading, powder brows and permanent makeup are made with something else: iron-oxide and titanium-dioxide pigments, set shallower and looser, precisely so they fade on their own over the years. That is why a brow clears in three to six sessions where an arm tattoo takes eight to ten. And it is also why it can change colour before it goes.

- Your real brow hairs are singed during the session and grow back within a few months
