Looking for an aesthetic treatment usually ends the same way: a contact form, and a callback two days later to be told it will be discussed at the consultation.
Our website has just been rebuilt, and that is exactly what we set out to remove. Here is what you can do on it without speaking to us, and what still waits for you on the phone.
What no longer needs a phone call
| What you were looking for | Where it is now |
|---|---|
| A date | The real calendar, on the treatment page |
| Knowing what to book | The quiz, from the catalogue: four questions |
| What bothers you, by name | Conditions and concerns |
| Who will treat you | The team, with their real titles |
| Understanding before you come | The guide, as a PDF |
| What an offer contains | The offer's page, in detail |

Booking without the phone
The calendar shown on a treatment page is the clinic's own, not a request form. You pick the time, you get the confirmation, and it is booked.
- From the treatment page when you know what you want.
- From the booking page when you want to see everything that is open.
- By phone at 438 609-0094 when you would rather talk to someone. That stays, and it will keep staying.
Some treatments call for a step first: a consultation with the doctor for injectables, an eligibility assessment for hair. The screen tells you before letting you pick a date, rather than letting you find out at the front desk.
Stella answers when the clinic is closed
An assistant is live on the site. She knows the treatments and the hours, because she reads the same pages you do. She makes no diagnosis and replaces no one: the moment a question is medical, she hands you to the nurse.
Two limits, stated plainly: she gets things wrong sometimes, and she books nothing on your behalf.

The four current offers
Each one has its own page, with what it contains, the order of the sessions and the intervals between them.
The ultimate XERF offer
Two sessions of XERF radiofrequency, two LaseMD Ultra sessions on the face and neck, and the firming serum. The radiofrequency tightens at depth while the laser reworks the surface: two layers, two devices. Reserved for a first visit, once per person.
Your Autonomous Fall 🍁
Four treatments in the order that works, from the cleanse through to the laser, with the interval the skin needs between each. Counting the first session as week 1, the last lands between week 9 and week 11. You have neither treatments to choose nor appointments to chase.
Registration until October 10.
Fall Cozies 🍂
Summer brings spots up, reawakens melasma, leaves redness more present. Fall is the right window to deal with it: less sun, better healing. We confirm at the evaluation which seasonal treatments apply to you.
$25 gift card
Our app is in development. It is not live, and there is nothing to download today: the day it opens, the credit will already be on your account.
What is not here yet
A new site makes you want to announce everything. Here is what is not ready:
- The app. In development. No date announced, and nothing to install until then.
- The online store. The ZO products are listed with what they contain and how to use them, so you know what to ask for. Online ordering is not open: the products are bought at the clinic.
We would rather write that than let you find out at the moment you click.
Where to start
If you know what you want, the treatment page carries its calendar. If you do not, the guide gives you the map, and the offers give the detail.
And if you would rather we looked at your skin before talking about anything at all, that is where most of our plans begin.
