Shipping and returns
What shipping costs for products from the shop, how long they take to arrive, and what happens if you want to return one.

Where we ship
Within Canada only. The shipping address is entered at checkout.
Options and costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment and are taxable, like the products. Delivery times start when the order ships.
- Pickup at the clinic: free, at 205 Curé-Labelle Boulevard.
- Standard delivery: $15, free on orders of $150 or more before taxes. Delivery time: 3 to 10 business days.
- Express delivery: $35. Delivery time: 2 to 5 business days.
Prices and taxes
Shop prices are in Canadian dollars, before taxes. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.
Returns
You have 30 days after delivery to return a product, on one condition: it must be unopened and unused, with the seal intact. An opened skincare product cannot be resold, for hygiene reasons. We do not do exchanges: return the product for a refund, then order the one you want.
To make a return, first write to info@lacliniquedc.com with your order number. Then there are two ways to send it back:
- At the clinic, free of charge, at 205 Curé-Labelle Boulevard in Laval, during our opening hours.
- By mail. Return shipping is then at your expense, unless the mistake is ours.
When the mistake is ours
A product damaged in shipping, defective, or different from what you ordered: write to us with a photo. We pay for the return and refund the product AND the shipping costs.
Refunds
Once the product is received and checked, the refund is issued to the payment method used at purchase, within 10 business days. Shipping costs paid at purchase are not refunded, unless the mistake is ours.
A gift card cannot be returned or refunded. It never expires, and its balance can be used at the clinic or online.
