How it unfolds

Your journey

  1. The first visit

You tell us what bothers you, we look closely at your skin, and we take the baseline photo. It sets the order, and it is the one we bring back out in four months, when you have forgotten what it looked like.

  2. The peel · $250

Three or four days where the skin flakes a little, like after a week in the sun. Then one morning you look at yourself and something is clearer. We do it again every 3 to 4 weeks.

  3. The laser · $450 for the face

An hour, a heat you can handle, and two days of redness a cream covers. This is what reaches what the peel cannot. Expect 3 to 6 sessions: it is groundwork, not a quick glow three days before a wedding.

  4. The boring part

Without sunscreen every day, the spots come back and all the work undoes itself. We are not going to lie to you about it: it is the one thing we cannot do for you.

Clearer tone, smoother texture
FAQ

What we get asked most

Most people feel warmth and mild tingling, similar to sun exposure. We apply a numbing cream before the session for your comfort, and everything is done under medical supervision after an evaluation.

It depends on your skin and your goals, but a series of 3 to 5 sessions is often suggested. The exact plan is set during the consultation, since results vary from person to person.

Sessions are generally spaced 3 to 4 weeks apart to let the skin recover between treatments. Your interval is adjusted based on your response and your skin type.

Downtime is minimal. Expect redness and a sunburn-like sensation for about 24 to 48 hours, sometimes light flaking afterward.

A glow is often visible within a few days, once the redness settles. Improvement in texture and tone builds gradually over the sessions, and results vary.

Avoid tanning and direct sun exposure for about 2 to 4 weeks before and after the session. The skin should not be tanned at the time of treatment, and SPF 30 or higher is essential during recovery.

The most common ones are temporary: redness, warmth, mild swelling or flaking. Rarer effects exist and are explained during the consultation before starting.

The treatment is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with an active skin infection, certain skin conditions, or recently tanned skin. The prior medical evaluation confirms whether LaseMD Ultra is right for you.

LaseMD Ultra is a non-ablative fractional laser suited to a range of phototypes. Settings are personalized to your skin during the evaluation to work gently and safely.

Keep the skin hydrated, avoid irritating active products for a few days, and apply sunscreen daily. The treatment starts at $450, taxes extra, with the plan confirmed at your consultation.

The next step: we look at your skin.

Half an hour, the baseline photo, and you leave knowing how many sessions you need and what it costs. If we think it is not worth it, we will say that too.
