The program

How it works

The most complete male version: PRP and exosomes combined at every session, to support density in a sustained way.

PRP and exosomes at every session

Intensive male protocol

The most sustained formula

What’s included
  • Assessment and eligibility check
  • A path of four sessions 3 to 4 weeks apart
  • PRP + exosomes at every session
  • Maintenance plan based on your progress
Who it’s for

For men who want the most complete formula from the start.

Eligibility depends on your blood quality for PRP. Exosomes remain a recent approach. Results are gradual, variable and not guaranteed.

How it unfolds

Your DC Prime Exo path, step by step

DC Prime Exo is the same intensive path as DC Prime, but with exosomes at each of the four sessions, over two to three months.

  1. Step 1

    Full assessment

We place your stage, examine your scalp and confirm that PRP is right for you.

  2. Step 2

Two PRP + exosome sessions, two weeks apart

Two close sessions combining your PRP with exosomes, to reactivate and strengthen.

  3. Step 3

    PRP + exosomes

Three to four weeks later, another PRP and exosome session for amplification.

  4. Step 4

    Stabilizing PRP + exosomes

Three to four weeks on, a final session stabilizes the previous weeks’ work.

Follow-up is with you from start to finish. Exosomes for hair remain a recent approach; results are gradual, over two to three months, and vary.

Is it for you?

This program, for you or not

This program is for you if

  • You want the most complete male formula, PRP and exosomes at every session
  • You’re at the early stages, while the follicle still responds
  • You’d rather rely on your own follicles than a lifelong medication

This program isn’t for you if

  • Your zones have been fully bald for years
  • You’re after a guaranteed or immediate result
  • Your blood isn’t suited to PRP, which we check at the evaluation

We never promise a result: PRP rests on variable evidence and exosomes on a recent approach. At the evaluation we tell you honestly what’s realistic.

What it looks like on a real crown

People followed here, photographed from the same spot and the same angle before and after their program.

Before and after on the crown: a thinning area filling back in, brown hair.
Before and after on the top of the scalp, salt-and-pepper hair.
Before and after on the crown, dark hair.
Before and after on the top of the scalp, brown hair.
Before and after on the top of the scalp, white hair.
Before and after on the top of the scalp, grey hair.
Before and after on a heavily thinned crown, light hair.
Before and after on the top of the scalp, mid-length grey hair.
Before and after on the top of the scalp, grey hair.
Before and after seen from the back of the head, salt-and-pepper hair.

Every case differs: age, stage and how your follicles respond change what you get. We promise no result, and at the assessment we tell you what is realistic for you.

The technology

PRP

Your own plasma, spun on site. Nothing foreign goes in.

A blood sample is drawn and spun to concentrate platelets. This growth-factor-rich plasma is reinjected into the scalp under a sterile medical protocol.

  • 100% autologous (your own blood)
  • Rich in growth factors
  • Sterile medical protocol

Where you stand

The Norwood scale, explained simply.

The Norwood scale maps the stages of male hair loss, from an intact hairline to the ring that remains at the sides. Placing yourself tells you what a treatment can still do for you, and what it will not do.

Stage 1Hairline intact, no real recession.
Stage 2Slight recession at the temples, on each side of the forehead.
Stage 3Deeper temples: the first clearly visible stage.
Stage 4Marked temples and a thinning crown, split by a band of hair.
Stage 5The band between temples and crown thins out.
Stage 6Temples and crown meet; the band is gone.
Stage 7The most advanced stage: a ring of hair remains at the sides and back.

PRP and exosomes work on a living follicle: stages 2 to 4 are where they get the most traction. At stages 6 and 7, an area bald for years does not grow back, and we will tell you rather than have you pay for nothing. At that point the right answer is a transplant, and we refer you. Stage 3 also has a “vertex” variant, where the crown thins before the temples.

FAQ

Before your session

We draw a small amount of your blood, spin it in a centrifuge to concentrate the platelet-rich plasma, then reinject it into the scalp. These growth factors aim to stimulate the follicles and support hair density. The treatment is a medical procedure performed by our medical team after an evaluation.

Yes, PRP is 100% autologous: the plasma comes only from your own blood, drawn and reinjected the same day. Nothing foreign is added, which rules out the risk of a reaction to an external product.

Most people feel mild discomfort during the injections, often described as small pinpricks. We can apply a local numbing agent or cold to improve your comfort. Sensitivity varies from one person to another.

We generally recommend an initial series of 3 to 4 sessions to kick-start the follicular response, but the exact plan is set during your consultation based on your situation. Every plan is personalized after a medical evaluation.

The initial sessions are usually spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart. Afterward, maintenance sessions may be suggested every few months to support results. The schedule is adjusted to how you respond to treatment.

The first changes, such as reduced shedding and denser texture, often appear after a few months, as the follicles respond. Results vary depending on the person and the degree of hair loss. No result can be guaranteed.

PRP does not stop the underlying cause of hair loss, so maintenance sessions are generally needed to keep the benefits over time. Duration varies from one person to another. We discuss this based on your progress.

Downtime is minimal: you can usually return to your activities the same day. Redness, tenderness or slight swelling of the scalp are possible for a day or two. As with any needle procedure, a small bruise can occur.

PRP is not indicated during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with certain blood or clotting disorders, an active scalp infection, or certain medical conditions. The prior medical consultation is precisely there to confirm that the treatment is right for you.

Hair PRP starts at $350 per session, taxes extra. The recommended number of sessions, and therefore the total cost of your plan, is confirmed during the consultation based on your situation.
