PRP and Exosomes Together: What the Combination Changes for Your Hair
Combining PRP and exosomes in one hair protocol: what exosomes add, and our programs that bring both together.
The price of hair PRP at Clinique DC, what makes the bill vary elsewhere, and our programs. Taxes extra.

Here, a hair PRP session costs $625, taxes extra. Exosomes are $850. The treatment itself is described on our PRP page; what follows answers the real question, the budget one.
In Quebec, a hair PRP session generally runs between $500 and $800 depending on the clinic and the region.
1. Who performs it. An injectable goes through a nurse, never an esthetician. The experience of the person holding the needle, and their familiarity with the scalp specifically, is part of what you pay for.
2. The equipment. The centrifuge, the quality of the tubes, the precision of the injection gear: all of it changes the concentration obtained, and therefore what actually gets placed.
3. The protocol. Platelet concentration, personalization to your profile, the number of passes.
4. Everything around it. The assessment beforehand, the follow-up between sessions, the advice for holding the result.
Taxes extra in both cases.
PRP works as a series, not one-off. That is why most people start with a program, which costs less than the same thing paid session by session.
Taxes extra. The prices listed here are the standard ones; what you need to do to qualify for an offer is written on each offer page.
A "quote on request" does one thing: get you through the door before telling you the number. We would rather you know before you drive over, even if it means you compare.

1. The eligibility assessment, with the scalp analysis and a clear answer: yes, no, or not yet.
2. A protocol that fits: the number of sessions your stage calls for, not the package with the best margin.
3. The follow-up between sessions, and the adjustments as you respond.
Daily medication. We do not point anyone toward finasteride or minoxidil: that is not our approach, and we would rather bet on your own follicles early than on a product taken for life. But if you are comparing numbers, note the nature of the expense: it never ends, because shedding resumes when you stop.
A hair transplant. From $4,000 to $15,000 depending on the extent, once. It is the right answer when there are genuinely bare areas, and we will point you there if that is your case. PRP does not replace a follicle that is gone.
Hair systems. The purchase, then replacement every two or three years, plus upkeep. Over ten years, the bill runs well past a program followed by annual maintenance.
Nobody puts a number on the hairstyles you avoid, the photos you stop taking, or the time spent in front of the mirror each morning. Yet that is what most people are actually here to fix.
A localized area, the temples for instance, needs less product than a full crown or diffuse loss covering the whole top of the head.
Stabilizing the shedding, adding density, or pushing as far as possible: those are different protocols and different budgets, and we will tell you which one matches your situation.
A man of 35, moderate baldness. The goal is to stop the shedding and add density. We would start with DC Prime, at $1,998.
A woman of 42, diffuse loss. The goal is thicker hair and more volume. We would start with DC Bloom, at $1,590, after checking iron, thyroid and hormones: restarting a follicle without correcting the cause is rowing upstream.
A program can be paid at once or in instalments, whichever suits you. That gets discussed at the assessment, before you commit to anything.
Two pieces of advice that genuinely change the final bill:
Take the program rather than sessions one at a time. The gap is real, and the protocol stays consistent from one appointment to the next.
Follow the instructions between sessions. Sleep, diet and quitting smoking improve the quality of your plasma, and therefore the result per session. It is the only free way to pay less.
Loss that is too advanced. Areas bare for years, no viable follicle left: PRP has nothing to wake. We point you to a transplant, with PRP in support on the areas still covered.
Plasma that will not keep up. Heavy smoking, a clotting disorder, certain conditions: exosomes become the better option, since they do not depend on your blood.
Expectations that do not fit. Nobody gets a teenager's hair back in one session. If that is what you are after, we will tell you before you pay, not after.
We would rather say no today than disappoint you in six months, even when no costs us a sale.

Quebec is competitive, and you have no flight or hotel to add to the calculation. What matters more than the country, anyway, is who holds the needle.
Because a price well below the market is paid for somewhere else: on equipment, on training, or on the time you get. A botched protocol costs extra sessions, lost time, and often more in the end.
Honestly, no. PRP works as a series: one isolated session is unlikely to show anything, and you will draw the wrong conclusion from it. What we suggest instead is the assessment, which commits you to nothing.
No. The eligibility assessment is free, follow-up is included in the program, and the price quoted is the final price. Taxes extra, as everywhere on this site.
The first six months:
After that: one to two maintenance sessions a year, paid per session.
That is where PRP compares well: the heavy spending is concentrated in the first year, then it drops off. Daily solutions never drop off.
The price of hair PRP is not a mystery or a quote to negotiate. It is $625 a session, $850 for exosomes, and a program between $1,590 and $2,395 depending on what you need. Taxes extra.
What is left to find out is whether it is worth it in your particular case. That gets settled at the assessment, and the assessment is free.

PRP for hair reinjects your platelets’ growth factors to wake follicles that are still alive. Here is how it works, step by step.

The evidence on hair PRP is decent but variable. We explain honestly who it works on, and who it does not.
