Clarity II
A medical laser, not a consumer device
We use Lutronic’s Clarity II, a dual-wavelength medical laser. The Alexandrite (755 nm) effectively targets hair on lighter skin; the Nd:YAG (1064 nm) safely treats olive, dark and tanned skin. Integrated cooling protects the skin and keeps the session comfortable, all under our medical team’s supervision.

Built for every skin tone
The Fitzpatrick scale classifies skin by how it reacts to the sun, from lightest (I) to deepest (VI). Thanks to its dual wavelength, Clarity II treats all of these phototypes, including olive and dark skin, often turned away elsewhere.
The exact settings are determined at consultation, with a patch test if needed.

The laser targets the hair’s melanin (pigment): the darker the hair, the better the results. Hair without pigment does not respond to the laser. We confirm all of this at consultation.

Does it hurt?
Most of our clients describe a warm sensation, like a light elastic snap. Our medical-grade laser has a built-in cooling system that keeps the experience very comfortable, even on sensitive areas. The sensation eases with each session as the hair thins.
How many sessions are needed?
Most clients reach their goal in about 8 sessions, sometimes up to 12 depending on hair and hormones. Sessions are spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart to follow the hair’s natural cycle. With the Unlimited Zones plan you stop counting zones: your monthly session covers them all, for one price.
What exactly is unlimited in the plan?
It is the ZONES that are unlimited, not the sessions: put as many as you like into your session, the price does not move. What is fixed is the pace: one session a month. That is not a commercial limit, it is the hair’s own pace, which needs 4 to 6 weeks between sessions so we catch the next cycle.
Does it work on my skin tone?
Yes. Our Clarity II combines two wavelengths (Alexandrite 755 nm and Nd:YAG 1064 nm), letting us safely treat every skin type, from the lightest to the deepest (phototypes I to VI). We tailor the settings to your skin at the consultation.
Are the results permanent?
The laser destroys the hair follicle: treated hairs do not grow back. This is a permanent, lasting reduction. Depending on hormones, 1 to 2 maintenance sessions a year are usually enough to keep the result; density stays reduced by roughly 80 to 90% after a full protocol.
Does it work on blonde, white, grey or red hair?
No. The laser targets melanin, the hair’s dark pigment. It is very effective on dark hair but has no effect on white, grey, very light blonde or red hair, which lack enough pigment. We always confirm this together before starting.
How do I prepare for a session?
Shave the area 24 hours before your appointment and arrive with clean skin, no cream, oil or deodorant. Avoid waxing, tweezing and epilating for the 4 weeks prior: the laser needs the hair root to work.
How long after tanning can I have a session?
Avoid direct sun and tanning beds for the 2 weeks before and the 2 weeks after each session. If you’re already tanned, wait until the tan has fully faded (usually 2 to 4 weeks) before coming in: on the day of your session your skin should be back to its natural colour. Stop self-tanners at least 1 week before, and apply SPF 30 or higher on exposed areas between sessions. Tanned skin absorbs more energy and raises the risk of a reaction. That’s why we’re this careful.
Can I shave between sessions?
Yes, absolutely. Shaving is even recommended between sessions. What we avoid is anything that removes the root: waxing, tweezing and epilators.
Is it safe?
Our technology is medical-grade and sessions are performed by trained technicians in a clinical setting. Everything begins with a consultation where we assess your skin, hair and history before building a tailored plan.
Can I have laser hair removal while pregnant?
As a precaution, we postpone treatments during pregnancy and breastfeeding, as studies are limited. Your sessions will wait for you: we pick back up as soon as you’re ready, with peace of mind.
