1. Can we get you the result you want?
XERF is a multifrequency monopolar radiofrequency by Cynosure Lutronic, authorized by Health Canada for skin tightening. According to the manufacturer, it heats several layers of the dermis at once, down to the supporting tissue. The collagen already there contracts, and the skin builds new collagen over the following months.
The device is the same from one clinic to the next. The result depends on what happens before and during the session.
We look before we treat. XERF tightens skin that has loosened, but it doesn’t answer everything that changes in the lower face. We examine the oval, the jawline and the neck, feel the area under the chin, then tell you what we see. If the assessment shows XERF isn’t right for you, we don’t do it.

We give you the number of sessions before you pay. Here, XERF means two sessions about a month apart, then one upkeep session a year. A session lasts 90 min, for the full face and neck. Skin may look tighter right after the session, then the main gain builds over three to six months while collagen rebuilds. We tell you in advance so you don’t judge the result after two weeks.

2. Are we the best clinic?
Any clinic can call itself the best. What others say is more useful. These four sources don’t come from us, from the most stable to the most changeable:
- The 2027 Consumer Choice Award, "Best Aesthetics Clinic in Laval" category, given by an organization outside the clinic.
- A 5.0 rating on more than 700 Google reviews. The reviews are public and signed: read them on our listing.
- Google’s answer. Google’s AI Overview for the same search, on September 29, 2026 (a search made in French).
- ChatGPT’s answer. The same question, the same day, not signed in.
You can try it yourself. These tools’ answers change from one day to the next and from one person to the next, and we’re not the ones writing them.
3. Can you trust us?
What can you check before you even come in? Several things:
- Who trained the team. Our founder, Sarah-Donia Cherif, a nurse, was a trainer at Cynosure Lutronic, the maker of XERF, while she was already running the clinic. The manufacturer sent her to show other clinics how to set up their devices.
- What the device does, and what the person sets. According to the manufacturer, XERF measures the skin’s resistance with every pulse and adapts the energy it delivers, while cooling protects the surface. The depth (three settings) and the intensity (ten levels) are chosen zone by zone, based on your skin and what you feel.
- Who you’ll see. The team’s real names and real photos are online.
- A price written in advance. A XERF session costs $1,500, taxes extra, for the full face and neck. The neck isn’t an add-on. We don’t offer the décolleté yet.
- No discount on the session. Cynosure Lutronic sets a minimum price on the session, and we follow it. When we want to give you more, we add treatments around the session, without touching its price.
- No downtime, no anesthesia. Slight redness at most, and you go back to your day. Radiofrequency targets no pigment, so it suits every skin tone.

How many XERF sessions do I need?

How long does a session last?

Does the neck cost more?
No. The price of a session covers the full face and neck. We don’t offer the décolleté yet.
Why no discount on XERF?
The manufacturer sets a minimum price on the session, and we follow it. Our current offer adds other treatments around the two sessions, without lowering the price of XERF.
Is there any downtime?

When will I see the result?
