TempSure Envi

Tighten the mouth contour and neck, then go back to work after.

Radiofrequency that heats the dermis and holds it at temperature for several minutes, at a comfortable degree. No needle, no crusting, no redness to hide: this is the technology we choose when you cannot afford downtime.

The mechanism

How the TempSure Envi works

Radiofrequency is not light: it does not look for a pigment, it makes the water molecules in the dermis vibrate, and that agitation produces heat. Existing collagen contracts, and the fibroblast, stressed by the heat, starts making more. The whole job is reaching the right temperature and holding it there long enough.

  1. 1

    We map the area

Mouth contour, jawline, neck, décolleté, hands: each area has its own surface and heating time. We work sector by sector rather than in one fast pass.

  2. 2

We bring it up to temperature

The handpiece glides in continuous strokes while the sensor reads skin temperature in real time. We rise gradually to the therapeutic plateau.

  3. 3

    We hold the plateau

This is where it happens. The device modulates energy continuously to stay at the target temperature, with no spikes. Heat that is too brief triggers nothing; heat that is too strong burns. Regulation avoids both.

  4. 4

    Collagen rebuilds afterwards

You leave with slightly pink, already firmer skin, but the real result builds over eight to twelve weeks, as new collagen is laid down. That is why we work in a series.

Plainly put

What the TempSure Envi does not do

  • It does not replace a facelift. On significant laxity with excess skin, radiofrequency will not be enough, and we will tell you rather than sell you a series.
  • It does not melt fat. For a double chin, we talk lipolytic injection or something else, not radiofrequency.
  • It treats neither spots nor redness: radiofrequency does not see pigment. That is a laser’s job.
  • It does not give a result in one session. A single session gives a passing glow; firming needs a series and maintenance.
Frequently asked

TempSure Envi, the questions we get

No. The sensation most often described is a warm massage, a bit like a hot stone gliding over the skin. If the heat becomes uncomfortable, we lower it: comfort is part of the protocol, not something extra to endure.

We usually work in a series of four to six sessions, one to two weeks apart, then maintenance a few times a year. The exact plan depends on the area and your starting point; it is confirmed at the evaluation.

There is a slight immediate effect from the contraction of existing collagen. The real, lasting result comes eight to twelve weeks after the series, once new collagen has been laid down. This is a technology that rewards patience.

Yes, right away. The skin is pink for about thirty minutes, sometimes less, and you can put makeup back on as you leave. That is precisely why we choose this technology for some people.

All three are radiofrequency, but not in the same place. TempSure heats from the surface, gently and needle-free. Potenza delivers heat under the skin through micro-needles, so deeper and more intense, with a day or two of redness. XERF targets firming in a longer session. We choose based on your laxity, your tolerance for needles and the downtime you can take.

Yes. Radiofrequency is not absorbed by melanin: unlike a laser, it does not distinguish light skin from deep skin. It is one of the few firming technologies that raises few skin-tone questions.

We do not treat over a pacemaker or an implanted electronic device, during pregnancy, or on an active skin infection. We also check for metal implants in the area. All of that is verified at the evaluation, before the first session.

The right technology is the one that suits your skin.

We look at your skin, tell you what will work and what will not, then choose together. No pressure.
