PRP and Exosomes Together: What the Combination Changes for Your Hair
Combining PRP and exosomes in one hair protocol: what exosomes add, and our programs that bring both together.
The DC protocol for hair exosomes: a starter series of 4 sessions, then maintenance, and why consistency changes everything.

The short answer: a starter series of 4 sessions spaced 3 to 4 weeks apart, then one maintenance session every 6 to 12 months. The treatment in detail is on the DC-Exo page.
One thing before going further: exosomes are not approved by Health Canada for hair regrowth, even though their use is common in clinics. It is a recent approach, with encouraging but limited data.
Exosomes work by accumulation. A single session sends a signal; repetition is what makes it audible.
That is exactly why a trial session proves nothing, and why we will not sell you one as a test.
Exosomes alone, with DC-Exo: open to everyone, no blood draw, and the only option if PRP is contraindicated.
PRP with exosomes, with DC Prime for men and DC Bloom for women: when the quality of your blood allows it, we combine the two.
In both cases, it is a series, not a visit.

The markers below describe a typical progression. Nobody can guarantee you a result, and the response varies from person to person.
No, you will not see regrowth at that stage. Hair does not grow in three weeks, whatever the product.
Not fewer, because below four the signal has no time to settle and you pay for half a result.
Not more, because past that you are billed for sessions that no longer add much.
With the right spacing, because three to four weeks gives the follicle time to respond. Too close together, you stack without effect; too far apart, you start over.
PRP alone generally takes 3 to 4 starter sessions, then annual maintenance. It needs a blood draw, and its quality depends on yours.
Exosomes alone take 4 sessions, then maintenance once or twice a year. No draw, and the concentration is the same every time.
Both together, in DC Prime and DC Bloom, combine the external signal with your own growth factors.
What decides between the three is not the number of sessions: it is your health, your contraindications, and how you feel about needles.
In women, we look first at iron, thyroid and hormones: temporary shedding often has a correctable cause, and it has to be corrected before treating.
Can sessions be spaced further apart? Not advisable. Three to four weeks is the rhythm that sustains stimulation without wasting it.
What if I miss a session? A one- or two-week shift changes nothing. Beyond that, we talk: sometimes it is better to restart the protocol than to finish it halfway.
Are results immediate? No. Improvement is gradual, and the first signs concern shedding, not regrowth. Be wary of anyone promising something visible in one session.
Is maintenance mandatory? It is strongly recommended. Without it, benefits fade over twelve to eighteen months and you return to your starting point.

DC-Exo is $1,898, taxes extra, and the price is written on the program page.
What comes up most often among people who finish the protocol is not a transformed head of hair: it is shedding that stops, then vellus hair appearing where there was none.
What we will not tell you is that it works for everyone. Some people respond little, and we have no way of predicting it in advance. That is why we tell you at the assessment what stage you are at, because that stage decides the most.
Conversely, what works: doing all four sessions, keeping the spacing, and booking maintenance before you leave the last one.
Under 35, with recent shedding: a lighter protocol, three sessions and annual maintenance.
Between 35 and 50, with moderate loss: the standard protocol, four sessions and maintenance every 6 to 12 months.
Over 50, with advanced loss: four to five sessions, and maintenance twice a year in the first year.
These profiles are starting points, not boxes. Yours is set at the assessment.
Four sessions, then one or two a year. It is a short commitment, with an announced end, and nothing to do between appointments.
Compared with a daily solution that never stops, that is little. You still have to be at the right stage: that is what we look at first.

PRP for hair reinjects your platelets’ growth factors to wake follicles that are still alive. Here is how it works, step by step.

The evidence on hair PRP is decent but variable. We explain honestly who it works on, and who it does not.
The best plan starts with an assessment. We look at your skin and answer your questions, no obligation.
